In sandbox mode, the following test MSISDNs simulate each payment outcome:

• Only the last 8 digits of the MSISDN are used, so a test number can be sent with a country code prefix.
• In sandbox mode, a mobile money payment with a number outside HUB2’s sandbox test range is rejected with a 400 error (invalid_sandbox_msisdn). Test-range numbers not listed above fail with invalid_msisdn.
• A test MSISDN that a connector does not support makes the payment fail with invalid_msisdn.
